Responsiveness does not inhibit independence ( it promotes it)
What I also want you to know is whilst each baby's sleep behaviours and patterns will be different, our babies are physiologically designed for sleep. So let's trust this process and get started.
I am a qualified Social Worker & Infant and Child Sleep Consultant from Melbourne. I am a mum to Olivia and Samuel. My professional background, coupled with becoming a parent myself I understand and respect the parent – infant relationship as well as maternal mental health.
